PRIVATE HOUSE | LOUTRAKI

The project is located in Loutraki, Greece and with its natural beauty and Mediterranean climate, Loutraki provides an ideal backdrop for a private house.

The proposal unravels in two floors and on the groundfloor includes communal spaces and the masterbedroom with direct access to the pool and on the upper floor there are two more bedrooms with a communal bathroom. The house is designed with an open and airy layout, optimizing natural light and ventilation. The open-plan design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, providing a fluid and flexible environment for entertaining and relaxation.

The pool becomes the centerpiece of the design, offering a refreshing oasis amidst the sun-drenched surroundings.

The use of natural materials like stone and wood adds warmth and authenticity to the design. Loutraki's Mediterranean climate is embraced by incorporating outdoor living spaces, such as shaded terraces and sunken seating, where residents can enjoy the breeze and panoramic views.

The architectural design of this private house in Loutraki emphasizes a harmonious integration with the surrounding natural environment. So the primary task was to comprehend the environment. The plot is far from sea but on an upper floor has a perfect view of the mountain and the sea.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows are employed to capture breathtaking views of the distant mountains and sea. This design approach brings the natural surroundings indoors, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior spaces.
