The project involves the design of a contemporary residence that synthesizes Mediterranean minimalism with the dynamism of organic forms. The dominant morphological feature of the massing is the pronounced, curved overhangs of the roofs and balconies. Highlighted by linear architectural lighting, these fluid lines impart a sense of suspension and movement to the building.
The architectural palette is based on the harmonious contrast between clean, white surfaces and vertical elements (louvers) in earthy tones, which act as filters for privacy and sun protection. At the ground floor level, the design promotes absolute visual and functional continuity between the interior and the exterior. Extensive floor-to-ceiling glass panels unify the living areas with the aquatic core of the pool and the carefully curated Mediterranean landscaping, shaping a holistic outdoor living environment perfectly harmonized with the natural surroundings.
