The project involves the design of a contemporary four-story apartment building that redefines the urban typology through sculptural plasticity and organic fluidity. The primary compositional gesture centers on a continuous, white, curvilinear "frame" that flows along the floors, embracing the balconies and unifying the massing.
The architectural shell functions as a dynamic element for shading and privacy, while also imparting a sense of suspension and movement to the building. Morphologically, the smooth, white curves stand in deliberate contrast with the dark, textured surfaces of the internal volumes, providing visual depth. Vertical elements (louvers) in earthy tones offer bioclimatic protection and act as privacy filters for the interior spaces.
