PRIVATE RESIDENCE - A Home Designed to “Breathe” with Light

Date

2024

Location

Loutraki, Greece

Project type

Architectural Study | Interior Design | Building Permit's Studies

Collaborator

Andreas Meletis | Civil Engineer | Building Permit

The concept focuses on the seamless connection between interior spaces and natural light flow, creating a daily environment of tranquility—unpretentious yet uncompromising in quality.

Materiality balances earthy tones, natural surfaces, and clean lines. Wood, stone, and subtle metal details are integrated to enhance timelessness and comfort without detracting from the home’s contemporary character.

The layout is clear and functional, with zones adapting to everyday rhythms while offering privacy when needed. Open reception and living areas coexist with more secluded spaces in a serene “dialogue.”

The goal was to design not just a house, but a lifestyle framework—a space that supports family needs with respect for naturalness, flexibility, and understated elegance.
