The project involves the design of a contemporary residence characterized by its geometric clarity and a dynamic interplay between solid and void. A central compositional gesture is the creation of a distinctive architectural "frame" on the main facade, which adds visual depth and perfectly frames the living spaces.
The floor plan layout is articulated around an internal atrium featuring a water element, which serves as a natural and visual filter, strategically separating the common social areas from the private quarters. This inner core provides curated natural light, privacy, and a profound sense of tranquility to daily life.
The massing is based on a strong material and color contrast, where white horizontal volumes intersect with strict, dark vertical elements. Carefully studied linear lighting highlights the building's edges, while extensive glass panels seamlessly integrate the ground floor with the outdoor pool, shaping a continuous outdoor living experience.
