The renovation of this Kalamaki apartment was driven by the need to rebalance the space, aiming for a comfortable, bright, and functional everyday living environment. The concept follows the “less but better” philosophy, featuring clean architectural gestures and material choices that support long-term use without overwhelming the aesthetics.

Natural light was treated as a fundamental compositional element, with an open layout that allows light to flow through all areas. The palette—neutral tones, matte textures, and subtle contrasts—creates a calm backdrop for daily life.

The redesign of the kitchen and wet areas focuses on ergonomics and simplicity, integrating storage solutions and “invisible” details that serve without dominating.
