Apartment Design - Fluid Geometries & Warm Minimalism

Project type

Residential (Apartment) | Interior Design

Date

2025

Location

Examilia, Corinthia, Greece

Collaborators

Theodora Serdari (Architect Engineer)

The project focuses on creating a serene residential sanctuary, redefining contemporary luxury through the lens of "warm minimalism." The architectural approach departs from strict orthogonal lines and embraces organic fluidity, cultivating a sense of spatial harmony and warmth.
A central compositional element is the ceiling treatment, where curved recesses with integrated concealed lighting impart a sculptural, airy dimension to the living areas. The open-plan layout allows natural light to flow unobstructed through the large glass panels, highlighting the subtle textures and materials of the design.
Materiality is anchored in an earthy palette of off-white tones, seamlessly combined with extensive wood paneling and imposing marble surfaces, such as the monolithic kitchen island. Furniture in organic forms and sculptural lighting fixtures act as visual focal points, enhancing the overall sense of intimacy. This design consistency extends into the private quarters, where curved details and clean lines shape a comprehensive experience of modern well-being.
