The architectural composition develops through a rhythmic sequencing of low-slung white planes and robust, local stonemasonry walls.
The building's entrance is choreographed around a monumental wooden door, framed by textured stone monoliths and a grand staircase featuring integrated linear lighting. This gesture creates a ceremonial and seamless transition from the public to the private realm. Materiality is fundamental to the project's identity: the rugged texture of the natural stone stands in balanced contrast with the smooth white renders and the warm timber elements of the louvers and pergolas.
The living areas open up to the landscaped garden through large, minimalist floor-to-ceiling glass panels, ensuring optimal natural light and an uninterrupted extension of indoor life to the outdoors. The landscape design, utilizing xeriscaping with low Mediterranean shrubs and lavender, integrates seamlessly with the villa's earthy character. During the evening, the carefully curated warm lighting accentuates the textured stone surfaces, emphasizing the plasticity of the architectural massing.
